Spee Dee Delivery Service - Do you expect to receive the product which you have purchased? Too much to expect.

New ReviewerOur product, which was correctly addressed and required a signature, was given to a random stranger who signed a fictitious name that did not match our name on the obvious invoice.
When we phoned the delivery service to ask where our product was we were told there was nothing that could be done and we would have to call the company from whom we purchased the product. When we asked to speak with a Supervisor and were connected to one we were then told if we expected it to be delivered to the correct person we were expecting "white glove service" which costs $150 more.
Apparently we are presumptuous to expect the product for which we paid to actually be delivered to us.
Also, it seems an unreasonable expectation that this company's delivery protocol of requiring a signature to guarantee delivery will increase the odds of one actually receiving their parcel.
If you plan to order anything online or by catalogue, be certain to verify the means of shipping is any company but Spee-Dee delivery, unless you enjoy wasting money, time and being spoken to like you're unreasonable for expecting the slightest respect or customer service from an adolescent "Manager".
When we did give up on getting any results from Spee-Dee Delivery and called the company who contracted them to deliver our product they apologized and quickly offered to re-ship. We, of course, requested shipping by other means. My point here is that the company did not seem in the least surprised that we received this treatment from Spee-Dee. Clearly this is their M.O.
Steer clear of this company.

So you are blaming the company because your package was not signed for by someone specified on the invoice? Pretty sure that the drivers do not have any knowledge of who's name is on the invoice. Lame complaint.
